Corporate Law and Compliance

A major focus of our practice is advising on corporate law matters. All GLNS lawyers have a high degree of experience in this area and regularly publish and lecture in this area. We advise on all issues of stock corporation and limited liability companies law as well as and the laws regarding groups of companies and partnerships. Corporates and entrepreneurs, directors and investors as well as family offices of various industries regularly rely on our longstanding experience in this essential matter of business law.

We support clients in ongoing corporate matters, in complex restructurings, and selected individual matters. We advise, in particular, on matters of corporate governance and reorganizations of existing group structures in the form of mergers, demergers and carve-outs as well as change of legal form. We further focus on corporate litigation regarding deficiencies of resolutions and shareholder disputes as well as arbitration and state court proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolution. In connection with succession matters we advise on all relevant tax and inheritance law-related questions.
