Funds advised by EMERAM Capital Partners GmbH have acquired Matrix42 AG via a management buy-out supported by EMERAM. Matrix42 AG is a Frankfurt (Main) based worldwide active provider of innovative workspace management solutions for physical, virtual and mobile work spaces. Matrix42 software provides users with integrated solutions for the workspace management that are used by over 3,000 customers for over 3 million employees.
To date Matrix42 was part of the Polish publicly listed Asseco-Group, one of Europe’s largest IT companies with more than 18,000 employees in 43 countries. The transaction is still subject to merger control approval.
Together with the current Matrix42 management EMERAM plans further domestic and international growth in the core markets as well as with respect to specialized software providers. Already in 2014, Matrix42 acquired the Australian enterprise mobility management provider Silverback.
