Publicly-listed Marley Spoon AG, a long-standing client of GLNS, has announced the signing and closing of a USD 65 million growth debt financing by Runway Growth Credit Fund Inc. (Runway Growth Credit), a reputable US venture debt provider, to support Marley Spoon's growth strategy.
Marley Spoon is a leading global subscription-based meal kit provider for home cooking and currently operates in Australia, the United States and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands).
GLNS advised Marley Spoon with partner Dr. Anselm Lenhard (Banking/Finance). Marley Spoon engaged GLNS for comprehensive advice on its debt financings already in the past, including a USD 15 million venture debt financing by Western Technology Investment (WTI) in 2019.
