WEKA, based in Kissing, Germany, is a leading provider of specialist information, which is distributed as print and online content and in seminars, for example for professional development. The regulatory and technical knowledge offered by WEKA covers specialized areas such as occupational safety, dangerous goods, law and taxes, and dentistry.
Founded in 1973, the media group has 1,500 employees and annual sales of about EUR 250 million. In addition to the German companies, the transaction also includes numerous other subsidiaries in France, Austria and Switzerland.
