PCS PolymerCycle Solutions GmbH is a company specializing in plastics recycling, that was founded in 2023, to acquire, inter alia, Best Plastic Management GmbH, a company also specializing in plastics recycling. In 2024, the acquisitions of PB Solutions GmbH and ATP Service & Consulting GmbH followed, the latter being a leading plastics recycling and secondary raw materials trading group. Through this latest acquisition of Hoffmann u. Voss GmbH, PolymerCycle Group strengthens its vertical integration strategy and expands its service portfolio to include advanced polymer compounding capacities.
