synaforce, owned by investment firm Afinum, has acquired Munich-based LANx GmbH. LANx is active in the field of private and public cloud services, managed hosting and IT security. LANx has been providing digitization strategies and IT services for SMEs for more than 20 years, particularly in the healthcare, automotive and media industries, as well as universities.
The synaforce group is a provider of high-end cloud, data center and software solutions with focus on sustainability, highest availability and data security.
