Capgemini and AUDI have signed an agreement to form a joint venture company. The closing of the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance. The object of the joint venture is the provision of IT and consulting services, particularly in the area of SAP S/4HANA® and cloud services.
Capgemini and AUDI have been working together for many years to develop solutions for digital transformation and co-innovation. The joint venture will strengthen this cooperation and enable the best possible use of their joint capabilities.
