The conversion of InTiCa Systems AG into a European Company (SE) has been completed. With the entry of the new legal form in the company’s competent commercial register on 10 March 2023, a resolution passed by the shareholders at the annual general meeting in July 2022 was implemented.
As a leading European technology provider of inductive components and systems, passive analog circuit technology and mechatronic assemblies, the InTiCa Systems Group supplies customer-specific solutions in the automotive and industry & infrastructure sectors to customers in Europe and worldwide. With the change of legal form, the InTiCa Systems Group underlines its self-image as a European and globally oriented company and takes into account the company’s further targeted national and international growth.
