GLNS appoints Julia Klesse, LL.M. as Partner in the Dispute Resolution Department

GLNS has appointed Julia Klesse, LL.M. as partner in the Dispute Resolution practice with effect from 1 January 2023. With the addition of Julia Klesse to the partnership, GLNS further strengthens its expertise in dispute resolution.

Julia Klesse, LL.M. is a trained business mediator (MuCDR). Her practice focuses on commercial and business law disputes, corporate law disputes (e.g. disputes over the validity of shareholder or general meeting resolutions, directors' and officers' liability cases, joint venture disputes), post M&A disputes and (especially in insolvency-related cases) claims against auditors and tax advisors for breaches of professional duty. She represents clients before state civil courts as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings and also acts as an arbitrator herself.

In addition to her client-related work, Julia Klesse, LL.M. is responsible for the firm's commitment to Diversity & Inclusion (together with Dr Tobias Nikoleyczik) and for supporting the Munich team of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court.
