Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity means diversity, inclusion means inclusion.

We aim to create diversity and facilitate inclusion in order to benefit as an organisation from diverse perspectives and to create a working environment where everyone feels respected. One focus is to support gender diversity at all levels.

In addition, we regularly organise ladies' lunches with external guests to promote exchange and networking among women and offer seminars that focus on women-specific topics.
