With the Start Up Lounge, GLNS and the management consultancy boost4S have established a joint webcast and event series aimed at founders, investors, management and members of advisory boards. The aim of the series is to shed light on key legal and business issues facing start-ups and growth companies in a practical manner.

Since its launch in April 2025, GLNS and boost4S have jointly organised four editions of the Start Up Lounge. The focus was on key topics related to business growth: employee participation programmes, term sheets, the role of advisory boards and strategy consultants, and fundraising. The Start Up Lounge events provide a comprehensive overview of legal and commercial aspects and offer space for in-depth discussions and specific practical questions.

Speakers include GLNS partners Konrad Hildebrand, Georg Lindner and Andreas Scheidle, as well as Dr Ulrich Eisele and Terje Noevig (both boost4S), who contribute their respective expertise from consulting practice, transactions and strategic support for start-ups.
