In addition, we support young lawyers in their preparation for the world-renowned Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and are a sponsor of the annual "Ref Cup."
Diversity and inclusion
Diversity means variety, inclusion means integration.
We want to create diversity and facilitate inclusion in order to benefit as an organization from a wide range of perspectives and to create a working environment in which everyone feels respected. One focus here is on supporting gender diversity at all levels.
In addition, we regularly host Ladies' Lunches with external guests to promote exchange and networking among women and offer seminars that focus on women-specific topics.

Willem C. Vis Moot Court
The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (or "Vis Moot" for short) is the world's largest annual arbitration simulation for students, focusing on cases from international commercial law. The teams must draft a written statement in English for the plaintiff and the defendant and present their arguments before a three-member arbitration tribunal consisting of practitioners and professors from around the world.
GLNS has been conducting mock trials with the "Mooties" of Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich for several years in preparation for the competition and also supports the Munich preparatory event "All Munich Rounds."

Ref Cup
Every year, the Association of Legal Trainees in Bavaria (Verein der Rechtsreferendare in Bayern e.V.) organizes the "Ref Cup," a soccer tournament for legal trainees in Bavaria. GLNS not only cheers from the sidelines, but has also been providing financial support and sponsoring jerseys and sports equipment for several years.
