Dr. Stefan Bührle specializes in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital deals. He represents financial investors, companies and founders/shareholders in these areas.
He also advises company management on transaction situations and is available to answer general questions on corporate law. In addition to his work as a consultant, Dr. Stefan Bührle plays an active role in recruiting trainee lawyers, research assistants and interns.
