Corporate law and compliance

Corporate law advice is a key focus of our practice. GLNS advises on all issues relating to stock corporation and limited liability company law, group law and partnership law. Companies, entrepreneurs, board members, investors and family offices of all sizes and from all industries regularly rely on GLNS's many years of expertise.

We support clients in ongoing corporate law matters, complex restructurings and selected individual issues. In particular, we advise on corporate governance and the restructuring of groups, such as mergers, demergers, spin-offs and changes of legal form. Another focus is on corporate litigation, such as disputes over defective resolutions and shareholder disputes, as well as representation in (arbitration) courts and out-of-court dispute resolution.

GLNS also offers comprehensive advice in the area of compliance, including compliance management systems, money laundering prevention and whistleblower protection.
