He also specializes in stock corporation and capital market law disputes (e.g., special auditors, compulsory disclosure, judicial review proceedings) and compliance issues. He gained several years of in-house experience at the corporate office of OSRAM Licht AG, advising the management board and supervisory board on stock corporation and capital market law, takeover law and corporate governance.
