GLNS partners shape the Enactus Legal Series

GLNS is actively involved in exchanges with students and the next generation of founders. As part of the Enactus Legal Series, GLNS partners contributed their legal and tax expertise to a series of events that provided practical insights into key legal issues in the start-up process. The series was organised by Enactus Munich e.V. and took place in December 2025 at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

The series kicked off with a workshop on starting a business with Thomas Fox and GLNS partner Andreas Scheidle, supplemented by entrepreneurial perspectives from Tobias Kruse (founder of Trials24). The second session focused on the structuring of term sheets, presented and discussed by GLNS partner Konrad Hildebrand together with Terje Noevig (5X Ventures). Konrad Hildebrand and Andreas Scheidle concluded the series together with Thomas Fox. The focus was on employee participation and incentive programmes – a key topic for growing companies. The session combined in-depth legal and tax expertise with practical experience gained from supporting start-ups and growth companies.

For GLNS, dialogue with young founders is an essential part of its consulting philosophy. The openness, interest in legal issues and intensive exchange on an equal footing made the event series valuable for all participants.
