Team culture counts: Decide together, grow together.
We do a lot to foster team culture: at our annual Lawyers Retreat, we spend a weekend together in a European city, discussing law firm strategy and culture and taking time to eat and drink together.
Participation in company runs, company and ski trips, Christmas parties, happy hours, Oktoberfest and beer garden visits, among other things, promote collegial cohesion and friendly interaction.
