Investment firm Afinum 9 has acquired a majority stake in Christian Koenen Group. Together with the company's founder Christian Koenen and the management team, Afinum intends to drive the company's next growth phase.

The Christian Koenen Group, headquartered in Ottobrunn, is a global technology leader in the development and manufacture of high-precision premium stencils and screens for technical printing. These stencils and screens are used, for example, in the production of chips in the semiconductor, automotive, electrical and medical technology industries.
