The world's leading live entertainment company Live Nation GSA has acquired a majority stake in the Berlin-based Goodlive GmbH. The sellers of the shares in the festival, booking and service agency are the investment company Paragon Partners and the Goodlive founders.

Goodlive GmbH stands for event experiences such as the Splash Festival in Ferropolis or the Superbloom Festival in Munich. With the merger, Live Nation complements its existing portfolio, while Goodlive becomes part of an international company.

Paragon Partners manages assets of €1.2 billion and regularly relies on GLNS for transactions. GLNS also stood alongside Paragon Partners in the acquisition of Goodlive GmbH.
