Effective August 1, 2025, GLNS has appointed Dr. Konrad Hildebrand as a partner in the areas of stock corporation/capital markets law and dispute resolution. With the addition of Dr. Hildebrand to the partnership, GLNS strengthens its expertise in complex business law disputes and strategically realigns the area of stock corporation and capital markets law with a forward-looking focus.

Dr. Hildebrand has been serving as counsel at GLNS for several years and brings extensive experience in stock corporate and capital markets law as well as dispute resolution. Prior to joining GLNS, he worked in the corporate office of OSRAM Licht AG, advising on corporate and capital markets law, corporate governance matters, and the public takeover of OSRAM by semiconductor manufacturer ams. At GLNS, Dr. Hildebrand handles complex corporate mandates and disputes, particularly in the area of stock corporation law. He also advises on compliance issues, such as the implementation and design of compliance management systems, anti-money laundering, and whistleblower protection.

Konrad Hildebrand takes over the leadership of the stock corporation and capital markets law practice at GLNS from Dr. Bernd Graßl, who has amicably left the firm as of July 31, 2025.
