Dr. Sebastian Schneider represents clients in complex disputes before state courts and national and international arbitration tribunals in all areas of commercial and corporate law. His expertise includes disputes relating to joint ventures and M&A transactions, commercial disputes, particularly in the automotive sector, corporate law conflicts such as shareholder disputes, disputes over shareholder resolutions and cases of directors' and officers' liability (D&O), as well as collective legal protection and mass proceedings, including cross-border disputes.
Another focus of his work is advising and representing national and international litigation financiers. This includes ongoing advice on financed projects, including regulatory issues in connection with the assignment model, representation in disputes relating to litigation financing agreements and advice on the conclusion of such agreements.
