GLNS advises Egeria on the acquisition of the Klafs Group and its financing.

GLNS advised the shareholder of A-Z GartenHaus GmbH on the sale to 3i Group, a leading pan-European investment company.

GLNS advises InTiCa Systems AG, which is listed on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, in connection with the voluntary public takeover offer for the acquisition of all InTiCa Systems shares by PRINTad Verlags - GmbH, a company of the Optima Group of the publisher Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann.

GLNS advised FSN Capital V on the acquisition of a majority stake in MHP Solution Group, a leading provider of logistics software in the DACH region, from Elvaston Capital. The current management and Elvaston Capital will re-invest a material stake.

GLNS advised PARAGON PARTNERS on the acquisition of all shares in the WEKA group from the heirs of the company founder Werner Mützel. WEKA, based in Kissing, Germany, is a leading provider of specialist information, which is distributed as print and online content and in seminars, for example for professional development. The regulatory and technical knowledge offered by WEKA covers specialized areas such as occupational safety, dangerous goods, law and taxes, and dentistry.

Private equity fund Verdane Capital acquires a substantial stake in re-commerce market leader momox. Verdane becomes a new shareholder by way of capital increase and acquisition of shares from momox’ founder Christian Wegner, who will stay involved as momox’ largest shareholder and managing director.
