After 2016 and 2019 GLNS was awarded by Azur for the third time as one of the 5 TOP employers in Bavaria. Every year, the Azur editors present 100 employers from the business law sector to prospective lawyers in azur100. This should serve as neutral information for career starters, trainees and legal trainees, which is collected by the Azur editorial team completely independently of the employers.

Effective as of January 1, 2020, GLNS has promoted three longstanding associates to Counsel: Julia Klesse, Dr. Veronika Montes and Ferdinand Graf von Spreti.

Private equity fund Verdane Capital acquires a substantial stake in re-commerce market leader momox. Verdane becomes a new shareholder by way of capital increase and acquisition of shares from momox’ founder Christian Wegner, who will stay involved as momox’ largest shareholder and managing director.
